Suggested Uses:
-Apply several drops around sinus area to moisturize dryness and irritation
-Dab around nasal areas, chest and lymphnodes to ease allergy symptoms
-Apply to lymphnodes 3-5x daily during a cold
-Apply to temples, forehead, and back of neck to reduce sinus pressure and headaches
-Apply to tissue and inhale as needed

This Sinus Relief Oil has definitely helped my sinus – especially my sinus headaches. I use it in combination with the Pain Oil and my sinus headaches are down to less than 1/2 day…before I used the oils they generally lasted 3 days straight (round the clock). Love this!
I use this every night before bed and when I wake up for my day. I have turbinate issues and the oil seems to help relieve some of the pressure my sinuses create. I can breathe easier and deeper. Which has helped me get better sleep.
